The topics we cover are:

  • Martin’s introduction to orienteering
  • His progression from youth to junior elite to senior elite
  • The Swiss National Team
  • Some points on this training
  • His navigation style and how it has changed.

Martin will race in the WOC long distance on Wednesday. As he mentioned, this is his first chance to get himself an individual result in the forest at a WOC. You can follow Martin on Facebook and on his website.
