I had a very good race today in Woodhill Forest as my first race back in NZ since my travels to Europe. I made two small mistakes losing 10 seconds each and my direction was not perfect on a few occasions. Check out my GPS here. It was a sweet bonus to win almost all the splits – I won all but the finish where Tommy beat me by 1 second.
I stayed very focused on my technique today and I successfully kept my navigation ahead of my running all of the time accept for a few bad exit directions.
