As a coach, it is my goal to develop your fitness, skills and knowledge to improve your running training and performance to the level where you can confidently complete, compete or excel at your chosen style of running.
I have 10 years’ experience as a high performance athlete, and 5 as a development and high performance coach. I have worked under 3 professional coaches and also spent a significant amount of time being self-coached, treating all as learning experiences. In addition to this experience, I have a passion for biomechanics, psychology, and developing training culture. I am also strongly connected in the running community and can help keep you up to date and provide new opportunities.
My training programmes focus on developing a sustainable training progression involving specifically chosen training intensities building into more complex sessions.
Training plans are delivered as an interactive Excel file, a viewable and printable PDF file, and on the Training Tilt mobile app.
While the program overview above is useful to know what to expect for the week and weeks ahead, more detail is useful for those who have more complex sessions or those who want to understand more about the relevant physiology and methods used to train that physiology.
